It’s hard to believe that this latest version of my website that you are looking at as you read this is seven years old. I loved the look of my site, designed by George Weis, and still do, but I have been sensing the need to make it more streamlined, more reader-focused, and easier to navigate on smaller platforms like smartphones and tablets. And then there’s the factor that I have aged since all those pictures on my site were taken. With all that in mind, George is preparing a new look for my site that I am really excited about. The content and the vibe will be relatively the same, but there will be an ease about it that I think is missing right now. I hope you will like it, I am trusting you will. The website will be down tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct 14) as it undergoes its programming facelift. As soon as the bandages come off, I will alert you to come view the new ‘do. Until then, here is one of the photos that my talented daughter Stephanie took for this new and improved look. This pose is very much like the one I am using for the main background. I just love the train tracks and what they convey — that I am here to take you on a lovely journey.
Til next time . . .
